MeganGuise on "How to change fonts in 2010 Weaver?"

March 14, 2011

I am using the 2010 Weaver theme. I have tried using the typekit and Anyfont plug-ins and I cannot get either of them to work or make sense to me.

I want to change the font of my post titles, page titles and content to a font of my own choice.

Can someone PLEASE help me with the easiest possible way to change fonts? I am not confident with wordpress and CSS is not my first language.

Thanks heaps :)

Hi

Afraid I can’t help but I have the same problem and so wondering if you’ve found a solution? I am also using 2010 weaver and want to change the menu (navigation) fonts and edit the titles for my widgets on the side.

thanks

You can change the font size by adding CSS under Main Options > Header Options > Menu Bar Text. You can change the variant (small caps) in the same section under Menu Bar.

Theresa, I’ve tried adding CSS to the Menu Bar Text css box (after clicking the + sign) and also in the Header section of the Advanced Options but the font size won’t change. Any other advice?

Thanks.

Ah, I’ve just found the css rule. You do it this way:

#access a {font-size: 18px;}

The question hasn’t been answered, and I’m doing my nut trying to find one. Basically, if some kind soul could conceive of a way to inject new fonts via @import or into the per post options box I would be both grateful and impressed.
